      I was never trained and was in charge of sending cars out the door. I worked a minimum of 50 hours a week and was still never defenseless upwardly.

      The But skilful part of working here is I work with a few not bad people.

      Cons

      Management constantly changes pay structures company wide. The stress far out paces the pay. You are overworked and underappreciated while picking up the slack of other employees. There is a culture of blaming all failures of the business on a select grouping while assuasive others to do what they please. There is absolutely no real appreciation for employees and your reward for a practiced job is simply not getting hassled for every minor problem. Favoritism is rampant.
